First Post!


Welcome to my blog! As most of you know, I will be leaving for Costa Rica in early June. So I have decided to create a blog for the month I will be spending down there. I hope to update it as much as I can so I am able to share my new experiences with everyone at home! I thought it would be a good idea to create my blog now because I don't think it has hit me yet that I will be leaving home in less than twenty days, for a whole month (the longest I have ever been away from my family). Though it will be challenging, I am excited for this adventure I have decided to undergo. I am even more excited to experience the new culture, enviornment, and very different form of learning. I hope to come back filled with new experiences, knowlege, and ideas, so that I may in turn become a stronger person mentally, physically, and academically.
